Privacy
What we do with what you send us.
This page explains how SuperGene, Inc. (doing business as SuperGene Health) handles the information you enter in the contact form on supergene.health. It is written in plain language. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
SuperGene, Inc., a Delaware corporation registered in Massachusetts, Somerville, MA, United States. We are the controller of the information you send us. Write to admin@supergene.health for anything on this page.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, email address, organisation, which kind of contact you are (investor, clinic or telehealth provider, partner, press or other) and your message.
- The time of the message and the country your connection came from.
- A scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, kept only to stop one connection from flooding the form. It cannot be turned back into your address.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a program, is sending it. Turnstile runs inside the page; we do not receive anything from it beyond pass or fail.
Why
To reply to you, and to keep a record of who asked to talk to us so we can follow up. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
- Your message is stored in a database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site.
- A copy is emailed to our company mailbox at Google Workspace, delivered by Resend, an email service.
- If we keep talking, your name and organisation may be noted in our internal contact records.
How long
Twenty-four months from your message, or longer if we are in a conversation with you. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@supergene.health. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your browser's request for them.
